I am a big fan of Colourpop and when Karen from iluvsarahii announced in her Snapchat that she was coming out with a collection with them I did 2 things, I set up my alarm on launch date and time and then I told everyone I could about it. So when it launched the website was slow, this is expected when hundreds of people are on the site at the same time. When I was finally in...Guess what? It was sold out!!!! I was checking up constantly on her snapchat and Instagram to see if they restocked and they did so as soon as she announced it I headed back and I was able to get my hands on these goodies. I really wanted the lipsticks. I love the shadows too but I have shadows to last me years and if you know anything about makeup you know it has a short self life. I also have a lot of lipsticks but these I wear so much it doesn't really matter. Also these items are still available in some shades.

I absolutely love trying out foundation that fits perfect to my makeup routine. When I found out I was going to receive Studio Gear Mineral Wet/Dry Foundation I was really excited because I wanted a setting powder that was my actual skin color. Beauty subscription boxes have been the greatest and latest thing in the beauty community because you get to try out new products before committing to purchasing a full size product. So what are the advantages? I think these are great. You get them delivered for $10 and get 5 or so mini to full sized products to try out based on a quiz regarding your beauty preferences. So here it goes, I have been a member of Birchbox for two months I received the June Box and July and I absolutely hated both boxes. Yes they are inexpensive, yes the packaging is cute and better than Ipsy but they give me the wrong products. I decided to cancel my Birchbox subscription. I received products I cannot use because they do not fit me such as a face treatment for dry skin. A lip stain that was ruined when I opened the box. I love Billion Dollar Brows I feel like their products fit me and my lifestyle. They offer great products and I was given the opportunity to test out their newest set of eyebrow pencils. This new pencil gives you the ability to use the pencil in a superfine, hair line strokes great to line your eyebrows then fill them in. The pencil goes along with the other amazing BDB products but works specially well with the powders. 

I am so excited to try out the Colour Pop Ultra Matte Lipsticks. First off I never actually believed in the packaging of a tube and a wand. I have always just purchased lipsticks. Another thing although it was so big was the actually believing a gloss like cosmetic can actually stay matte. Opening the package it came in a bubble envelope so the lipstick package was squished, no big deal nothing was broken. You get a few cute little items like the postcard and flyer for the collection you ordered. 

I am sure many of you have heard about the Nivea Men Post Shave Balm doing miracles for oily faces. Well I am one of them. My make last an hour, three tops without getting super oily on my T-Zone. I have it I have tried so many things, different moisturizers, foundations, matte primers and nothing really gets rid of the problem. My sister tried this first before I did and she claims it really does work. So now its my turn. I tested out this product replacing my moisturizer with this. I was told you are suppose to apply a small dime size and rub it on your face right before your foundation so that is what I did. Make sure to let it fry before you apply foundation. I dabbed with the beauty blender. Eyebrows are an essential to making the perfect makeup look. I feel like most of us struggle with eyebrows. I know I am not an expert with it but with Billion Dollar Brows I was able to create a better makeup look, a sharper look in just a minute or two. It is that easy! So I received 2 items the Billion Dollar Brows Best Seller Kit and the 60 seconds to Beautiful Brows . I was very lucky to have natural full eyebrows until I started threading, don't get me wrong I will not do anything but thread my eyebrows but thanks to a special someone my eyebrows are thinner, uneven and one is shorter than the other. I feel like a lot of women don't pay as much attention to their brows as they should.  I know we don't all do our makeup everyday but I do believe eyebrows make a great difference and should be considered even with minimal makeup. 

I was so excited to receive the Borghese Holiday Collection in the mail a week ago. I love so many things about Borghese including the product packaging. The first thing that I was drawn too of course was the palette  Eclissare Color Eclipse Shadow and Light Luminous Eye Palette , I had to take a look and swatch the colors. It is a thin elongated shape with a magnet clasp with the Borghese logo. Inside is a very cute mirror perfect to focus on your eyes. Inside is 12 shades from light to dark. I love smokey eye looks specially for special events or night outs. This palette lets you do a natural day look or dramatic eyes for night.  Last but not least it includes a duo fiber brush great for blending and smudging.  Makeup look using all Borghese products

  I love makeup and doing new eye looks when ever I can that is why I stock up on pallets that can be used for many different looks. Using the 120 Multipurpose eyeshadow pallet from Sammy Dress you can create this shimmery green eyeshadow. All you need is a a light creme base, a light brown or the crease, matte green for the eyelid and blend. Finishing off with the green shimmer eyeshadow. I think this look is beautiful and wearable. I was able to pull it off with this outfit; military inspired perfect for fall and winter. $9.68 $6.42 Every girl need a neutral eyeshadow pallet in both mattes and shimmers. I got the chance to go shopping this past weekend and picked up a few items. From Forever 21 I picked up lounging pants (above) the top one was $19 and they are jogger pants they have zippers and back pockets. The other two are just regular fitted sweats. Forth item I picked up was the fedora below. I think its great for Fall! and I can see a couple of outfits with it.

I was so happy to have received a few of the Borghese Summer Collection. This is the perfect look for you ladies that want a dewy sun-kissed look. I live in California so these products are great to create looks for a beach day, pool party or a fun day out. Whatever the occasion Borghese has the right product for you. I have never heard of Borghese before receiving these products. I have sensitive skin so of course I had to do a bit of research before using the makeup on myself. I am always looking for new go-to makeup and I fell in love with Kat Von D. So when I heard these were out I just had to have them. I went to many Sephora stores but it was always sold out. So I searched online and I was able to get the eye palette first. If you follow me on Snapchat  (prettykittyblog) you will see that I have been using this palette for almost all my makeup looks. I am a beauty junkie like many other girls I love MAC cosmetics but I recently went through an unpleasant experience at the MAC inside a Macy's store that has changed my perspective of the company as well as their values. I WILL NO LONGER PURCHASE MAC from any store and this is why.  3 weeks ago on a Friday I went to the MAC located inside a Macy's. BA Star is the number one leading brand to cheerleaders, dancers and performers and I got the chance to review another of their great products. This time it is one of my favorite beauty products....the red lip color!
