If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen a picture of my favorite Nike shoes ever! After 2 months of using indoor doing Zumba the left shoe started ripping apart. I had no receipt and it had been more than the 30 day policy most stores have. So I was pretty upset! So I went on Instagram and posted the image, my Instagram is linked to twitter and Facebook so the post went live on all three. A couple of days later I got a tweet from Nike customer service telling me to go their site link and see what I can do with the shoes or if there was a way to return them. Seeing that I had no receipt, I was able to report a claim. What this meant was that I had to write what was wrong with the shoes, where I had purchased them, how long I have been using them. This was no problem because the shoes were relatively new with minimal stains, since I do Zumba inside.
