I am in love with the new Ozeri Green Earth pan! I have never been disappointed with this Green Earth Ozeri pans they are amazing. To complete the set I got to review the 12'. Like my other pans I expected this one to be textured, which I don't mind because they are great. But this one did not have the signature texture on the pan.  Either way it ended up working to my advantage. This pan is great for pancakes which in other occasions it would be a pancake with texture. If you haven't read my other post here they are. My personal favorite I have to say is this lone, the largest of course because you can fit more quantities. It distributes the heat evenly for fast cooking and like the rest it is easy to clean.
