You are asked a couple of questions on your beauty preferences and you are sent products that you may have not tried before. I have been an Ipsy member for almost a year and I chose Desi Perkins as one of my favorite beauty gurus. Beauty subscription boxes have been the greatest and latest thing in the beauty community because you get to try out new products before committing to purchasing a full size product. So what are the advantages? I think these are great. You get them delivered for $10 and get 5 or so mini to full sized products to try out based on a quiz regarding your beauty preferences. So here it goes, I have been a member of Birchbox for two months I received the June Box and July and I absolutely hated both boxes. Yes they are inexpensive, yes the packaging is cute and better than Ipsy but they give me the wrong products. I decided to cancel my Birchbox subscription. I received products I cannot use because they do not fit me such as a face treatment for dry skin. A lip stain that was ruined when I opened the box.
