Hello Everyone, As you probably already know I am an Ozeri girl and trust that they have the best products for my family. I have tried many of the Ozeri products and I know I say they are the best, but this new one I have here is by far the best one yet. They keep surprising me with all the amazing products and I would have never purchased or used any of these products if it weren't for these reviews.  This time around I received the  Ozeri WeightMaster II 440 lbs Digital Bath Scale with BMI and Weight Differential Detection . And the reason why I am so excited is because this bath scale has added bonuses to the everyday bath scale. You can calculate 8 people's weight which allows you to keep track of your weight so much easier. It records your current weight which appears automatically when it senses pressure. There is a light that either turns green if you loose weight or red if you gain it...how cool is that. It records the average of 3 days, a week and month....

I am excited to introduce this great brand and workout apparel from Ellie. I was so happy to see my Ellie package from the mail. I chose Outfit 75 which consist of the long sleeve top  Go With The Flow and the  Buddhalicious Capri . The top is flowwy and long sleeved but what I fell in love with was the open back. It is conservative but sexy at the same time. The pants are so comfortable. The fabric is soft and it has a thick waistband that is great for support. It also has a small pocket in that waistband, perfect to fit your house key or even your debit card. 

I can't stress enough how important it is for everyone to eat or drink your veggies. I have mentioned before several recipes for a mean green or beginners green juice. Even though it might not have the best taste, in the contrary this Total Nutrition Immortal Herbs has no taste just the strong smell of alfalfa leaves. Though that would not be a problem when you are mixing it with a delicious fruit smoothie.   

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits. So Lately I have been eating a lot of oranges. I don't know why if I don't really like oranges. So I started getting concerned, I did not feel bad or sick and I was eating around 10 oranges throughout the day. So I was looking online if there is a limit of how many you can eat everyday. Turns out you have to eat 100 every day for a whole month to have kidney failure. Of course I don't know anyone who would do this and I am sure I wouldn't do it my self. As I was looking at this I also found interesting information about the benefits of eating oranges.
