Benefits of Eating Oranges

So Lately I have been eating a lot of oranges. I don't know why if I don't really like oranges. So I started getting concerned, I did not feel bad or sick and I was eating around 10 oranges throughout the day. So I was looking online if there is a limit of how many you can eat everyday. Turns out you have to eat 100 every day for a whole month to have kidney failure. Of course I don't know anyone who would do this and I am sure I wouldn't do it my self. As I was looking at this I also found interesting information about the benefits of eating oranges.

1. Prevention of Cancer
The American Cancer society states that increasing your intake of vitamin C helps prevent cancers of the respiratory tract.

2. Dietary Fiber
Eating oranges helps to obtain the necessary fiber for the prevention of constipation.

3. Vitamins and Minerals
Oranges also contain vitamins A, B, folic acid, chlorine, iron, zinc, phosphorus, iodine, manganese, potassium, pectin, amino acids and calcium.

4. Liminoid
Believed to stop the formation of cancers in the mouth, colon, stomach, lung, breast and skin.

5. Prevention of Arthritis
The antioxidant beta-cryptoxanthin helps reduce the risk of arthritis.

6. Lowering Your Cholesterol
Oranges are full of soluble fiber, which is especially beneficial for lowering cholesterol levels.

Hello Kitty Forever 21 Review

Hello Everyone, so I mentioned the Hello Kitty Collection for Forever 21. I  took a little while to write this post because I have been super busy at school. This is what I got from the collection. I had also purchased the Chococat peplum top and a really cute beanie I had to return because it had some thread that was coming apart. I loved this collection I think they have really cute stuff and I would have purchased more items but I feel like I have to be at the store and try out the stuff (to avoid returns). There was a problem at all the Forever 21 stores I went to, they did not have a lot of items I was interested in. If you wish to purchase I believe they are still stocked online and a few at the stores but let me warn you it is a mess.
