The Pretty Kitty

I am guilty of having a "uniform" my go-to outfits are black denim jeans, booties and a jacket. I really like these because they are comfortable and stylish. 

This month we are taking it Varsity Chic. LA vibes or what you mix in during your days in college. I have never been sporty or even wore loungewear out at all. I used to believe that once you wore sweatpants out in the streets you have given up on life. (no offense to anyone who does) I have always appreciated the feeling you get when you dress up, wear a pair of heels and some makeup. Anyways now it is different I have learned that you can dress up pretty much anything and look amazing. It is all about knowing your body and having confidence. I love this look, it is a little glam, sexy, comfy at the same time. After wearing heels all day I switched up to these cute tennis shoes that were perfect for a day out. 

I wanted to give you another idea of how we can style the plaid tunic. I think it is a great piece. You can definitely turn it into a casual look with a pair of leggings and some booties. Or something like this. I am seriously feeling a lumberjack look 😂 what do you guys think?

 I love versatile jackets, I am all about layering and when the weather permits you will find me in a jacket. Today was a chilly morning so I decided to take a fairly feminine outfit and give it a little edge, What I like about the jacket is that it comes with removable patches. You can also add more if you like. The hardware and details of the jacket make it unique. Definitely a must when it comes to Fall pieces.

What I love about fashion is that you can be anyone and express yourself how ever you like. Trends come and go and you do not have to have a defined style. I find it very easy to transition between glam to boho chic and turn a grunge look modern. I really like this tunic because you can wear it so many ways. Like how I am wearing it, or around your waist or wearing a slip and buttoning it up. 

It has been HOT! Here in California. Which gives me no desire to go out. I suffer from migraines so I avoid the sun when I can. It was finally a gloomy day or so I thought. Once I took my pics I was struggling so bad with my eyes. Because I forgot my glasses and even though the sky was grey. The sun was hiding there behind the clouds. Anyways done with the rant lol. This is a super fast outfit and one of my go-to. A cute top, high waisted denim and a pair of nude heels.
