I am constantly looking for things that will make a difference when it comes to becoming healthy. One easy way to healthier cooking is using Greblon (eco friendly ceramic coating) you only need a tiny amount of oil and you can cook in a smaller level of heat since it is a better conductor of heat than traditional pans making your food cook faster.
This frying pan is 10" in diameter
Texture creates air pockets to evenly distribute heat while cooking your food. It also helps by making it easier to clean.
This has become my favorite pan to use and it makes cooking so much cleaner and faster: I am sharing a quick breakfast for those of you who do not have the time.
Ingredients:
2 Oscar Mayer Ham cut in squares
2 Large Eggs (with or without yolk)
Handful of Spinach
Salt (and/or pepper)
You do not cooking spray or oil using this pan!
Add your ham/turkey to the pan!

Once they start getting color add the spinach!

You can see that the spinach turns into smaller pieces.
Then add your egg with a pinch of salt or pepper.
Mix with a plastic utensil until egg is cooked.

And it should look like this. You can add shredded cheese, a sauce and even more veggies if you have time. Eat it like that with a tortilla, in a wrap, or chips.
