Best Swimsuits to Compliment Your Body Type by Mia Taylor

Sure, they’ll call you an apple, a pear, an inverted triangle or God-knows-what-else when the time comes to categorize your body, but the reality is –no one ever talks like that when they’re actually buying clothes, underwear or swimwear. A woman will go to the store and say “I need something to cover up my hips and emphasize my breasts” or “My booty is too flat and my chest too big, what’s the best solution to plump up the first and tone down the latter?”
With that in mind, we won’t even try and “sell” you the idea of a perfect swimwear based on your body being a banana…. or an apricot (whatever); rather, we’ll call things by their real name and lay out the best possible solutions for your beach wear this season. Here we go:
Full thighs
If the idea is to give your fuller thighs coverage, opt for bottoms with a little bit more coverage. Bottoms with a skirt are probably the best solution to help cover the upper part of the leg (where the thigh is super full). Plus, it adds a cute, girly moment to the picture.
Huge Chest
In the time of breast surgeries, where breast enlargement is one of the most commonly done procedures, why would you want to hide your nature’s gifts? Oh well, we’ve all got our triggers.
Avoid string bikinis and bathing suit tops that come in size S, M and L. To prevent your boobs from being all over the place when you take a dip, opt for bigger cup sizes and underwire as they will offer you the support you need. For the most flattering results, look for thicker bathing suit straps and double-stitched bands.
Flat booty
To make your sweet pancake look bigger and fuller, trust ruching and frills! Also, choose loud prints and bright colors to try and distract from a flatter tush. Showing a little cheek will go a long way, especially when you want to visually add the roundness to your behind. When “meat” is falling out, there’s the idea there’s a lot of it, hence – a big booty!
Broad shoulders
When you’ve got a set of broad shoulders, there are a few tricks that will help balance out your body. To visually create the look of an hourglass figure, choose a solid colored suit with printed panels along the side. That way you will even out your boxy upper body. If you like asymmetrical cuts, you can wear an asymmetrical neckline, which will draw the eye up and away, instead of straight across.
Big butt
Thanks to Kim Kardashian, everyone’s been hyping to get a sizeable, round booty, so if you’ve got one – consider yourself lucky! The “problem” with a bigger behind is that most swimsuits are made for a size S, which is making your journey to picking an amazing cut a bit hard. For this, choose plus size swimwear that will look flattering and feel comfortable. Plus, you won’t constantly be tugging for more coverage. Basically, avoid Brazilian, skimpy cut swimsuits and bikinis. Look for designs with printed tops and solid bottoms — which will help balance your big booty out.
Love handles
The irony of Love handles is that we feel everything but love for them! Still, fighting that extra is easier than we think. A high-waisted bottom is absolutely amazing for coverage (yes, pinup style)! The only thing to worry about is to make sure it extends above your belly button – you want to prevent a muffin top from happening.
A tummy pouch
A flabby tummy is one of the main “problems” when you go to the beach but the truth is, it doesn’t really have to be that way. You’ll hide your pouch by wearing peplum or a full-piece with ruching. Also, to divert the focus from your tummy, you can wear a one-piece with a plunging neckline. That way, you put the focus on your upper part, and not your mid-section.

Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits. After watching the documentary I decide to try these juices they are talking so much about. I had never like...
