As a Just Fab Brand Ambassador I get to try out their new products and create great content for my blog. I posted a few of my outfits on social media and one of my shoefies got shared in Instagram from the Just Fab team in different countries. I was tagged on their page of course and I went to look at the comments. Many of those comments were positive but there are a few people who were claiming "Just Fab is a Scam", I was very amused about this not only because it was a man spamming awful comments but because before becoming a BA, I purchased from Just Fab for 4-5 years.
In my personal experience they were really good with customer service, I remember that when I initially signed up I forgot to skip and got charged 3 months in a row. I called customer service and I got refunded the last 2 months and got a credit for the first. It is a pain in the butt but I was still shopping with them so I did not have a problem. Just Fab is really good with mentioning it is a "subscription website" you become a VIP Member by agreeing with the terms. I feel like many times we really don't read what we are agreeing too and we sign our life away...lol. For people to call it a Scam is an bit of an exaggeration. Why? Because you are responsible for your bills, purchases etc. I am also subscribed to IPSY Glam Bag, I am billed $10 on the first and receive it on the 12th of each month. These are not the only ones I have or am subscribed to. I was even charged a $200 something or more for Amazon Prime because I forgot to cancel it after the year was over, but I immediately called customer service and got a refund.
Just Fab gives you a total of 5 days to skip. Most of the time they send us a friendly reminder that I have a few days to skip. If I don't I get an email saying I have a credit. Again we are adults and it is NOT their responsibility to warn us or send us an email. Regardless it is very much appreciated because like many women we are very busy keeping up a household, school and jobs.

Many times when we mess up we like to blame others and I feel this is the case when it comes to these incidents. I absolutely love Just Fab because they are a great company that cares about women, self love and body image. They offer affordable cute plus sizes for women when a lot of companies do not. Not only that but they listen and are always improving with the feedback they receive. There are many items that are really good quality, like the jeans for example, are one of my favorite and I have purchased so many of them because of the fit. And No I am not just saying this because I am a BA, I am completely honest and entirely based on my personal experience as a customer for 5 years.
xo, Crystal
