I am still trying out the products but already on my 4th day and I can say I am amazed. My skin looks and soft, refreshed and clean. My favorite is the exfoliating cleanser because it removes dirt and difficult makeup when I am done for the day. My second favorite is the purifying mask that you can actually feel it working on your skin. HydroPeptide is free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and is cruelty-free not only that but many of products are also free of synthetic fragrances, phenoxyethanol, and gluten. Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated.
