Always excited to hear about and specially try out Hask Hair products. I have used one other hair care collection and it surely didn't disappoint. After years of not dying my hair I decided to do something new but not too drastic. I colored my hair a light copper brown and cut about 8 inches of it. Maintaining the color can be pretty difficult specially loosing that shine you once had but damaged in the process. So I received the full HASK Kalahari Melon Oil Color Protection Hair Care Collection which includes the Color Protection Shampoo, Conditioner, Deep Conditioner, Shine Treatment and a cute little brush I now carry with me everywhere I travel. After a few weeks of trying out the collection I have to say I am impressed. The only reason I was skeptical was because I know that with time the color fades. After a whole month of using the products I noticed that my hair is manageable for starters. I simply apply the shine treatment when I style my hair and it gives me shine and frizz free hair for a day.
The entire collection is free of any sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, drying alcohol and artificial colors. It has a clean earthy smell to it nothing too fruity which is what I personally dislike in beauty products. Kalahari melon oil, found in the African desert, is known as a color-locking, damage-blocking ingredient. Counteracts dry-out and fading, leaving hair soft and nourished while helping to maintain long-lasting vibrant color.
The collections works great as a whole and can be used daily with the conditioners and oil when you style your hair. They are really affordable which is great because you do not have to break the bank to get fabulous hair. For only $5.99 or less you can stock up on your favorites. They are sold in mass retailers like Ulta, Target, Walgreens, CVS, Walmart and Kmart. I really like that the Hask Hair collections cater to different needs and I will definitely repurchase once mine are done and recommend it.
