Washing your hair can actually be harmful both for your scalp and hair so I make sure to skip a wash every other day. I never wanted to do that before learning about dry shampoo. My hair gets oily and you can see how dirty it is in just one day. Ever year I set these "resolutions" for myself and in reality I never get around to doing many of them. This year instead of doing resolutions I set goals.  My husband and I talked about what we wanted to accomplish this year and how we can help each other make them happen.  First thing that popped into my head was paying off some student loans or credit card debts so we are working on that starting next week by setting off some money on the side each month.  Second we also want to go somewhere usually he takes me somewhere for my birthday in October so we have plenty of time to save up and research where we want to go.  Getting Fit and eating healthier has been a goal for us for a while. Though I had a good thing going with Zumba and juicing I find it very difficult to juggle work, home, social life and every thing else.
