Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. In order to get my hair that smooth feeling and shine I love using products that I can trust. I got the opportunity to try out the Enjoy Hair Moisture Plus Trio. This is great for damaged hair and you know you need this when the weather is changing. I have to say this is one of my favorite hair products so far. I love the Enjoy Hair Mask. My hair has never felt better. Though I do not have perfect hair and I use a flat iron and curler on my hair on a regular basis using this trio has made me feel like I can wear my hair down without using any heat. It gives my hair volume and it has a clean smell, if that makes any sense. My hair feels clean throughout the day and that makes me happy. Finesse to the Rescue

Last year when I decided to bleach my hair and do a blonde balayage I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I’ve never actually died my hair to that point. I was bored of my hair! I wanted something new. I wanted to feel good and I needed a change. Little did I know the consequences, not to say that I don’t have a good stylist or that I don’t like my hair but the amount of work that is put into it is absolutely crazy. I had naturally straight hair, with that the disadvantage of no volume. Which I also didn’t like. Now with my blonde hair I had volume but my hair was stiff and unhealthy. I would wake up with frizzy unmanageable hair every single day. I still blow dry my hair dry and straighten/curl my hair a few times a week. But I kept on treating my hair like it was normal.
