Kind Healthy Snacks Charity Initiative for Breast Cancer Awareness

I had the chance to taste these delicious Kind bars in the past but this time around I was able to taste 3 different types of bars: Almonds & Apricots, Kind Plus Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio, and the Madagascar Vanilla Almond. They are absolutely delicious. I would have to say that my favorite is the Pomegranate Blueberry Pistachio. They are great for work and school or just a quick snack.

I support Kind ot only because of their delicious products but because they do so much to help those in need. This time KIND Healthy Snacks has teamed up with Dr. Elizabeth Thompson, radiation oncologist and founder of BFFL Co to offer a limited-edition BreastBFFL Bag for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The limited edition Breast BFFLBag  contains all the essential items a women needs during the first days following breast cancer surgery including KIND bars, a toiletries kit, amusement pack, skinceuticals, comfort pillow, drainage pack, collapsible water bottle, and expandable folder for important paperwork.

How you can be kind:

1. For every bag sold in October, KIND will donate an extra $5 to Friends Fighting Breast Cancer. You can purchase the bag for a woman in your life who is recovering from breast cancer or “Do the KIND Thing” by purchasing one to be donated to an anonymous, deserving patient.

2. If you cant contribute financially you can write words of encouragement. Submit your note to one of these brave women by emailing bfflco@kindsnacks.com and KIND will be sure it makes its way to a deserving patient.

3. To help spread the word, feel free to share on your social media channels!

"Gift a @bfflco bag to a breast cancer patient & @KINDsnacks will donate $5 to @FFBC1 http://bit.ly/14mEI2I Giving back is #kindawesome"

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Enjoy Review

Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. In order to get my hair that smooth feeling and shine I love using products that I can trust. I got the opportunity to try out the Enjoy Hair Moisture Plus Trio. This is great for damaged hair and you know you need this when the weather is changing. I have to say this is one of my favorite hair products so far. I love the Enjoy Hair Mask. My hair has never felt better. Though I do not have perfect hair and I use a flat iron and curler on my hair on a regular basis using this trio has made me feel like I can wear my hair down without using any heat. It gives my hair volume and it has a clean smell, if that makes any sense. My hair feels clean throughout the day and that makes me happy. The shampoo and conditioner are thick and silky so you don't have to use a lot of product to feel the difference. Overall I think these are great products, they are o...

Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits. After watching the documentary I decide to try these juices they are talking so much about. I had never like...
