Topstyler for Instyler Review

If you have been keeping up with my blog, you know that I recently purchased a TopStyler at Target. After giving it a try a couple of times I found it was very convenient it was fast and easier than other hot tools. The first time I tried it I still had my hair a bit damp. Something I don't recommend if you want perfect results. So that didn't work out for me. Second time around my hair was dry, I did not use any hair products or heat protectors. I applied the "c shells" waited for about 20 min took them off and I was happy seeing how they had turned out.

When I tried it the first time I gave it some though and I wanted to return. Mainly because it does cost $100 and it takes space storing. So if it doesn't work out for you the first time all you need is practice. Also make sure you watch the video tutorial on the dvd included. That will teach you different ways you can use the shells to get different results. Like I said it is convenient for traveling since it comes in a zipper case, It has 10 C shells and 5 small ones, it comes with instructions, a dvd video and a comb you can use to facilitate the shape desired. This product assures you that your hair will not be damaged as much as it would with other tools. It heats up in a matter of seconds and you are done in less than 30 for medium to long hair, even shorter for short hair.

The C-Shells are ceramic tourmaline, much like flat irons or higher end curling irons, and give gentle and even heat to your hair while it dries and curls. You can have loose waves with this set, or set tight curls, it's up to you and how you use the shells.

You can purchase the TopStyler at Walmart, Target, QVC, Bed Bath and Beyond etc. Or purchase it from there website which is what I would recommend since you are getting 2 for the price of one and they allow you to try it for only $15. They also offer bonus at times!
This is what the checkout at their website would look like. Again it is $40 more for a second one, plus the styling lookbook.

Let me know what you think! Do you own one? Do you like it? Leave a comment below! :)

Disclaimer: I purchased the product on my own and I did not receive any financial compensation for this review. This is my honest opinion.

Enjoy Review

Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. In order to get my hair that smooth feeling and shine I love using products that I can trust. I got the opportunity to try out the Enjoy Hair Moisture Plus Trio. This is great for damaged hair and you know you need this when the weather is changing. I have to say this is one of my favorite hair products so far. I love the Enjoy Hair Mask. My hair has never felt better. Though I do not have perfect hair and I use a flat iron and curler on my hair on a regular basis using this trio has made me feel like I can wear my hair down without using any heat. It gives my hair volume and it has a clean smell, if that makes any sense. My hair feels clean throughout the day and that makes me happy. The shampoo and conditioner are thick and silky so you don't have to use a lot of product to feel the difference. Overall I think these are great products, they are o...

Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits. After watching the documentary I decide to try these juices they are talking so much about. I had never like...
