Scentspraytions Review

I have been curious about essential oils for quite some time. Never really went for it because I was never informed. Now I was contacted by Mindy the owner of ScentSpraytions to review her products. She is a very passionate and educated woman. She knows the benefits and quality of her products. I was able to have a chat with her on her products and the benefits of essential oils. She runs her own company and it is family owned. So what are Essential Oils? Essential oils are extracted from plants with the purest healing properties. These oils can be use for aromatherapy which helps with physical, emotional and mental health. There are so many benefits to essential oils! Who would've thought that adding a little dab of this liquid can help you fight a cold or take some stress away, also balances hormones. It can improve your digestive system, reduce wrinkles, heal some skin conditions and one of my favorites: clean your home. Without even knowing it I've use essential oil's before I never really paid attention but I checked and found some items that I have in my bathroom. It is used to remove unpleasant smells I am sure you have heard about Poopouri. What is it made of? Citrus essential oils. Another item that I have is the Bath and Bodyworks stress relief lotion and candle which also contains essential oils.

Some of my favorite scents can be found in essential oils. I love eucalyptus, I usually have those in candles or lotions but it is very helpful when it comes to respiratory issues. It also helps purify your body and release some stress. Another great scent is lemon. Lemon can help you clean your house also cleanses your body. Mindy has provided a few blog post on tips and tricks on how to use your favorite ScentSpraytions to clean your home. Essential oils can also be used in your skin and beauty regimen. Different oils help you solve some of our worst skin issues. For example lavender and chamomile can calm irritated skin. Tea tree and geranium can help improve acne. I feel like I need one of these in on the go packaging because it also works as a hand sanitizer, it leaves your hands really smooth and clean clean. These smell amazing, not to mention the cute Purple Passion Aromatherapy bracelet I got was beautiful. It is in one of my favorite colors purple! Goes really well with the Lavender Swirl spray. With just two sprays of the essential oil the scent smells for hours. I also use the minty sensation spray for the bathroom and for a little hack that I saw online was to use the essential oil spray on a stinky trashcan. I know mine is still not clean, even after washing it the kitchen trashcan still has a little funky smell so now every time I spray a little of the minty sensation spray on it and it's all better.

Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. In order to get my hair that smooth feeling and shine I love using products that I can trust. I got the opportunity to try out the Enjoy Hair Moisture Plus Trio. This is great for damaged hair and you know you need this when the weather is changing. I have to say this is one of my favorite hair products so far. I love the Enjoy Hair Mask. My hair has never felt better. Though I do not have perfect hair and I use a flat iron and curler on my hair on a regular basis using this trio has made me feel like I can wear my hair down without using any heat. Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits.
