Popular Halloween Costumes

Every year I go to Mickey's Halloween Party at Disneyland to celebrate Halloween. October is my favorite month for several reasons and this is one of them. I also make my costume but unfortunately i did not have the rime this year. So my costume was a pirate princess I guess you can call it that it was from Charades Costumes .. I also have a different costume for the day itself and its a really cute queen of hearts :) anyways at Disneyland people go dress up and trick or treat. Some f the most popular costumes were: 1. Dark Queen from Snow White and the Huntsman 2. Poison Ivy I'm not sure if it has to do with Kim Kardashian pictures lol 3. Little Red Riding Hood I don't know what it is but people are not buying their costumes anymore. They are making their costumes out of their closets. So if you don't have a costume then don't worry about it and whip up something quick from your closet.

Neiman Marcus + Target Holiday Collection

Last week I posted about the new H&M collection, and this week I have another great collaboration. This one is more exciting to me and I'm sure for many as you as well! I am so excited and I cant wait until December. (Collection comes out December 1, 2012). I am specially excited to get my hands on this gorgeous Oscar de La Renta Handbag and the Oscar de La Renta doggy leash for my Nala.   There are 24 designers assigned to the collaboration: Marc Jacobs, Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, Jason Wu, and Diane von Furstenberg are among the participants. There will be 50 "gifts" from womenswear, menswear, accessories, home decor and even sporting goods. The prices range from $7.99 for Rodarte wrapping paper to $500 for Alice+Olivia Bike.  You can check out the entire collection and read more about the designers HERE !  I would like to know what piece are you excited about?

Anna Dello Russo for H&M

Huffington Post Did anyone hear about the new collection at H M? It came out in stores on the 4th of this month. The iconic Vogue Nippon editor has brought her taste for shiny baroque bling to the low-price retailer with shoes, bags, jewelry, sunglasses and more selling for $24.95-$299. What do you guys think? If you hurry you might still be able to catch a few items at the stores. Unlike many other designer collaborations this one seems to be more subtle. Even so sellers on ebay have listed the collection in overpriced starting bids and people have placed bids. Even the paper shopping bag which you get for free when you purchase the collection is starting at $8. Much like the collection for Target's Jason Wu and Missoni. I think its about time that H M gets their online store running! Don't you agree! You can check out the collection HERE!  And Anna Dello Russo's Blog HERE!

Nine West Revamping

WWD Nine West in an attempt to boost up their image and once again attract their customers, are renovating their stores. Instead of opening stores that have decided to change the store image adding more modern, hipper, and more inviting store layout. They have started with their Lexington flagship.             Their main attraction will be “The World according to pumps” where they display the trendiest heels in all shapes and sizes. By 2013 they will have renovated their US standalone stores. “A huge percentage of our business is pumps, but now we’re celebrating it with every color, heel size and material pump. It’s not just a basic. It’s a go-to,” Dickson told WWD.   “We’re redefining footwear retailing. Before, it was just shoes on a shelf. Now we’re narrating the brand through walls. We are deconstructing the brand and reconstructing it with a story,” Dickson said.               They will be having walls with different themes like rock glam and modern bohemian.   T
