My favorite is the exfoliating cleanser because it removes dirt and difficult makeup when I am done for the day. My second favorite is the purifying mask that you can actually feel it working on your skin. HydroPeptide is free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and is cruelty-free not only that but many of products are also free of synthetic fragrances, phenoxyethanol, and gluten. Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. In order to get my hair that smooth feeling and shine I love using products that I can trust. I got the opportunity to try out the Enjoy Hair Moisture Plus Trio. This is great for damaged hair and you know you need this when the weather is changing. I have to say this is one of my favorite hair products so far. I love the Enjoy Hair Mask. My hair has never felt better. Though I do not have perfect hair and I use a flat iron and curler on my hair on a regular basis using this trio has made me feel like I can wear my hair down without using any heat. Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger.
