Ozeri WeightMaster Scale Review

I love Ozeri products they are great quality, price and modern. As you may know from previous post Ozeri has been one of my favorite companies to work with and share with you guys. This time I was able to pick out the Ozeri WeightMaster Scale with built in BMI detection. From the picture it seemed I was getting a white scale but I received a clear glass one which is much better. It is even easier to clean if you need to.


You can create your own "profile" and it will save your height and weight to track for 7 days. It will light green if you lost and red if you gain. It gives you immediate results and it is very accurate. It can weigh up to 400 pounds and save 5 users. 

This is great to track down your weight loss journey and definitely a must! It comes with easy to read manual and by Ozeri's 100% hassle free satisfaction guarantee. It is also warranted for one year from the date of purchase. I really like how this works it makes it so much easier and of course you know exactly how much you are overweight (using myself as an example). The booklet comes with a small chart telling you what your BMI number means,

Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits.
