Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Review

For many years I have had trouble with face acne and now as I am getting older I feel it is getting old. I have oily skin so I am guessing it is because of that. I have tried many product and failed. My skin is also sensitive so I cannot use just any type of products. When I learned about Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant I knew I just had to try. 

This exfoliating scrub comes in a powder that activates with water. It leaves your skin soft, feeling fresh and clean. It clears out dirt, oil from your skin. It can also help you with balancing uneven pigmentation. Because of the powder texture it is very light on the skin.

Dermalogica is for all skin types even sensitive skin like mine. It leaves no redness, or discomfort. Overall, I am very impressed with the Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant. It accomplishes what is promised in the packaging of being gentle and delivers the promise of softer, smoother skin. Dermalogica is a 5-star top seller in beauty sites everywhere and  can be purchased for $52 for a 2.6 oz bottle.

Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits.
