When it comes to my hair I make sure it gets the proper care so it does not look dull and dry because of all the heat damage I do to my hair on the regular. So when I learned about Organic Morocco Argan Oil Hair Treatment Mask I just had to try it. I have heard that Morocco Argan Oil can do wonders to your hair so I had high hopes for this product. The first day I tried it I was not disappointed I am glad I tried it because it was a notable difference. My hair was soft, manageable with a light pleasant scent. Not only that but when I combed and dried my hair I did not need to flat iron my hair. It gave me volume and shine. I used it once a week you comb your hair while wet and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. You can use daily or weekly as many times as you want. Overall I am so happy with the results the only downside is that it is only 4 oz and I wish there could be a bigger bottle. Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger.
