This pedometer tracks your steps and the amount needed in your set goal. You can set the mode to walking and jogging while it records the speed, time, calories and distance. It also comes with a strap and clip for your preference. It is very convenient and it wont even bother you or feel uncomfortable. It also features a clock, timer and calendar. It even goes on sleep mode when it senses inactivity and turns on with a step.
