I received these The 5 Almonds candy from Brandbacker to try out. If you know me you know that I am a huge candy eater and I had to try them. Unfortunately for me some of the chocolates had melted inside the mail box. I still tried them out and they are delicious.

Hello Ladies, Like many of us, we value the importance of treating our hair. It is one of the great things that makes us unique. Beginner's Green Recipe

A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits. When I was younger, around 12-13 I believe I ended up in the hospital for a very bad ache on my stomach. I couldn't move and I fainted. I ended up staying in the hospital for about 3 days with IV's on my hands. I was very skinny less than 90 pounds. All I had eaten was a bag of Hot Cheetos and a Pepsi. I was dehydrated. I pretty much learned my lesson, I couldn't eat any meat for years, I stopped drinking soda and it took me 6 years for my stomach to be able to handle things suck as steak, or even a hamburger. Ok, I have to admit I did not eat healthy all throughout my college years because of time and money. Now that I am done with school I am trying to go back on track and change my eating habits.
