I love Halloween it is my favorite! Every year we go out to certain events and every year I usually make my costumes. Now that I have less time I knew that was not going to be the case. A couple of months ago I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and I was motivated to change my lifestyle and eating habits.
