Fun places to go on Valentine's Day

Hello Everyone,
As Valentine's Day comes near you are probably wondering what to do, where to go, what to wear etc. In the course of these days following to the 14th I will be posting ideas on these subjects. For the ladies, theses are great ways to impress that special someone and for men well this is just to get an idea of what you can do with your special lady. OK so here we go...

Depending on the type of couple you are there are many fun things to do. You don't have to feel pressured into spending lots of money buying the biggest teddy bear and the biggest box of chocolates. I don't know about you, but I love it when my hubby is romantic and does something special for me that I don't expect for example breakfast in bed or breakfast in general. A lot of men don't cook (if you do you are awesome) and it is cute to know you are going out of your comfort zone to your women happy. OK enough with the chit chat here they are.

1. Romantic Picnic

You don't have to spend a lot of money in an expensive restaurants. Some ladies/men like the simple things. Cook a nice meal, dessert, and pack wine or ice tea if you are not old enough to drink. You can buy picnic baskets/sets that provide you with everything you need: the plates, utensils etc. You can purchase these at Walmart or Target. This is best done at the park and not the beach, you would not want sand on your food.

Medieval Times

2. Dinner & Entertainment

This is one is a fun one, Medieval Times offers you a deal; a meal and a show I am sure there are more locations throughout the states or there is the Tournament of Kings in Vegas if you are spending your day there. They offer great deals if you sign up for their email newsletter. I have been in both places and I highly recommend it, oh and the food is Delicious.

3. Disneyland

If you are up for it of, this is a great option. Of course here you are talking about spending some money. And if you are out of state there are packages for a mini getaway available. This is also a great place to capture memories. Make sure to try the ice cream sundae from the Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop at Disneyland Adventure.

4. Movie Night

Something inexpensive to try is going to the movies, though it may be packed it is worth it. They offer a great selection during this time and women love the chick flicks, romantic comedies etc. You can also stay in and watch a rental or on-demand if you have it. Great to cuddle!

5. Bowling

I love bowling even if I am not good at it. Time flies you have fun and you can start a little competition between your loved one. Most of the bowling alleys I've gone to have music playing in the background, have the dark light going on and they sell fast food and drinks.

Disclosure: I was not compensated by any product or company to post about them, these are my own personal opinion and experiences.

I am horrible at bowling but I think it is so fun! We haven't gone since before my little one was born but I think i'll have my husband take me for our anniversary next week. Thanks for the idea!
These are really great suggestions for V-Day. Our usual is movie night and dinner. If I am nice, my husband will include a mini shopping spree after our dinner!

Hello Kitty Forever 21 Review

Hello Everyone, so I mentioned the Hello Kitty Collection for Forever 21. I  took a little while to write this post because I have been super busy at school. This is what I got from the collection. I had also purchased the Chococat peplum top and a really cute beanie I had to return because it had some thread that was coming apart. I loved this collection I think they have really cute stuff and I would have purchased more items but I feel like I have to be at the store and try out the stuff (to avoid returns). There was a problem at all the Forever 21 stores I went to, they did not have a lot of items I was interested in. If you wish to purchase I believe they are still stocked online and a few at the stores but let me warn you it is a mess.

Radical Skincare Instant Revitalizing Mask

Disclosure: I have received product for product testing and reviewing purposes. Regardless all opinions are my own and I would not promote a brand I believed in or tried myself. When it comes to skincare I am always on the look out for the best products. I recently found out about Radical Skincare, (a brand that does miracles) was founded by sisters Liz and Rachel. I read how Rachel developed Rosacea a skin condition that gave her red inflated rash-like spots on her face used the Radical products and completely changed her. If you don believe me look at their pictures they both look amazing.  There are so many skin care products and brands that promise the perfect skin but are actually harming your skin on the long run. So after doing my research I gave the mask a try. I have oily acne prone skin and I am not the best when trying face products so I swatched a bit on my chin are t o see what the results would be. After noticing nothing was red or swollen I to...

Finesse to the Rescue

Last year when I decided to bleach my hair and do a blonde balayage I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I’ve never actually died my hair to that point. I was bored of my hair! I wanted something new. I wanted to feel good and I needed a change. Little did I know the consequences, not to say that I don’t have a good stylist or that I don’t like my hair but the amount of work that is put into it is absolutely crazy. I had naturally straight hair, with that the disadvantage of no volume. Which I also didn’t like. Now with my blonde hair I had volume but my hair was stiff and unhealthy. I would wake up with frizzy unmanageable hair every single day. I still blow dry my hair dry and straighten/curl my hair a few times a week. But I kept on treating my hair like it was normal. I was making a big mistake. I had to change my entire hair routine. This meant it was more money on top of the already treatments that I got. Luckily Finesse was here for the rescue. Can you believe that...
